Brother of Franco, another emerging talent who is now with Italy’s Genoa, the younger Bruno is considered by many at Racing Club to be an even brighter prospect. He made his Primera Division debut for the club in February of this year, and has played for Argentina’s Under 18s. Napoli, who were beaten to Franco’s signature by their northern Serie A rivals, are looking the most likely to sign the younger sibling in the near future. Like his bro (who is still only 20), Bruno is a tough and uncompromising defensive midfielder who is also able to contribute to attacking play with his educated passing and long range shooting – like a next-generation Gago or Banega but with the wild-eyed aggressiveness of Diego Simeone. Midfielders who tick all the boxes are worth a mint in modern football, so expect Bruno to do big things in his career. Remember the name.
